It’s harvest time! Several times throughout we get to harvest cacau! Today’s harvest is primarily of hybrid varieties of Cacau that produce year round. More traditional varieties like Parazinho are harvested from Sept-December. We are about to receive 2 TONS of beans in Miami for Joaihú chocolate. Stay tuned!

First time at Expo West! What an incredible event!

With over 3,000 brands exhibiting, I met a lot of great people, discovered new brand trends, and got a deeper look into the world of consumer packaged goods (CPG). From manufacturing and supply chains to distribution and collaboration, it was fascinating to see how many moving parts come together to bring products to market.

It was inspiring to meet the founders and teams behind both small and large brands, from emerging startups to well established companies, all bringing new ideas and products to life.

Grateful for the conversations, connections, and perspective gained from the event.
Oh and Disneyland is pretty cool too!

Starting a chocolate company has been a wild adventure. I love moments like this, where hard work and determination are driven by passion and purpose.

I’m inspired by the workers on the farm harvesting our cacao often in the rain.

I was selling chocolate in the rain too.
Thank you to the locals who show up, support our family business, and make this mission possible.

We had a great time at the Fairchild Festival of Chocolate we’ll be back next year! Nice meeting everyone.
