Praying over our customers’ orders lands us slap on the floor sometimes. Just a whole hot mess for people we don’t even know.

But the love of Christ doesn’t care.
We love everyone.

It gets so intense sometimes almost like we’re praying for ourselves or our own! It’s amazing we get anything shipped out of here.

And don’t let there be worship going in the background. Jesus take the box!

…but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We decree and declare that the favor of the Lord will find these ladies and add to every single part of their life. That they will lack NO GOOD THING because they put their trust in Him. Let Him touch every piece.

Every part.
Nothing gone untouched.
In the mighty Name of Jesus.

I want you to look at me and think how rich I must be.

👀

…that’s what some women think when they choose a piece to carry.

Some women want to you to see wealth.
Some women want you to see style.
Some women want you to see uniqueness.

Some women don’t care if you see anything at all.

But for me, when I choose a piece to carry every day….

I want people to see Jesus.

He is ALL that matters.
Even over myself.

I fade to the background when it comes to Him.

So if the purse I choose to carry

Gives me a chance to share Him
Gives me a chance to pray for someone
Gives me a chance to encourage another human

Gives me a chance to reveal myself as one who knows Him…in the cereal aisle at the market.

In the terminal at the airport.
In the stores at the mall.
In the hospital in a visit.

Then that is all I will carry.

I used to be a luxe brand girlie.

There’s absolutely no shame + no shade in that.
But I’ve surrendered shopping for luxe for sharing the love of God.

Because that’s all I want and it’s all I want to give to the world…

Even if it’s through the purse I carry.
This is why we do what we do here at ArmoredSoul.

It’s for the women like me who will do anything to make Him known.

Even if He is all we carry on our wrist.

Go forth my friends.
The world needs us and they need Him.

However and through whatever means necessary.

Last week when I was flying to Phoenix I had a connection in Dallas.

I’d never flown through that airport before so in the 90 minutes I was on layover, I decided to explore beyond the gate.

I ended up at an ihop halfway down the terminal.

When I sat down, out of all the empty tables, I ended up being put right next to a woman who was on the phone venting about a stuffed animal they took from her at TSA.

I carry one too so I was invested.
Turned around and met this stranger over a toy.

Long story short…

Chris and I had talked JUST THE NIGHT BEFORE about my need to go outside and start networking with people who love the Lord, are also in the fashion retail industry, understand some of the channels I want to explore, and could possibly be connectors or counsel.

…and look at who He sat me next to.

In a foreign airport.
In an ihop.

She loves the Lord.
Fast friends and immediate sisters.
Saw the value immediately in ArmoredSoul.
Fashion retail/wholesale is what she does for a living.

And guess where she lives…

Where I’m from. 😂😂

…can’t make this stuff up I swear.

She lives right there in Metro Atlanta in the same county as my kids in university.

I never know who I’ll meet in an airport when I travel every month.

…but it’s almost always someone the Lord has especially for me and I for them.

Today we got together in West Palm Beach at a wholesale show. It was like visiting family.

I used to wish for lots of friends.
Now I just wait for the ones He brings me.

Those are the best kind. 🩵
