The CAT S60 rugged smartphone features thermal imaging by FLIR and an underwater camera. The S60 is the first smartphone with a fully integrated thermal camera. It is capable of measuring surface temperatures from a distance of up to 50 to 100 feet. The thermal imaging feature is intended to have a wide variety of uses in fields such as emergency services, construction, home repair, and utility work. The S60 is also currently the most waterproof smartphone, capable of submersion in depths up to 5 meters for 1 hour. It has a 13MP main camera with dual flash that is listed as an underwater camera, so the S60 is actually designed for underwater use and not just accidental submersion.
