During Miami Art Week 2025, the journey to Art Basel got an upgrade.

Golden Goat Ossetra Caviar joined Brightline's limited-edition Caviar & Ch*****ne PREMIUM Experience, where guests traveling to Miami received their own Golden Goat Ossetra Caviar box onboard, paired with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Ch*****ne.

The collaboration caught plenty of attention too, with coverage from Travel + Leisure, Time Out Miami, Modern Luxury and more.

From Miami to the Fox News studios in New York. The Golden Glizzy has gone national. 🐐🇺🇸

What started as an audacious take on one of America’s most familiar foods has found its way to the Fox & Friends Weekend table.

Live on set, Mario Naar of chevremiami served the hosts the $100 Golden Glizzy: Australian Wagyu crowned with a full tin of Golden Goat Caviar , edible gold and a buttery croissant bun by Ficelle Bakery.

Then came the most important part: the taste test.

Seeing the Golden Glizzy featured on national television is a milestone we’re proud to celebrate — and another reminder that luxury doesn’t have to play by the rules.
