A Family Constellations Experience

Before we ever chose a partner, we learned what love looked like.

We learned it through what we witnessed.
Through what was given — and what was missing.
Through our parents, grandparents, separations, loyalties, sacrifices, silence, longing, and belonging.

And sometimes, without realizing it, we continue loving from those same places.

We choose the unavailable.
We fear being fully seen.
We pull away when someone gets too close.
We repeat relationships that feel strangely familiar.
We confuse longing with love — or struggle to receive the love we say we want.

This October in Family Constellations, we will explore the Origin of Love — looking beyond the individual relationship and into the family system behind it.

Not to blame the past, but to see it. 🤍

We’re in the shop today from 11 AM–6 PM, and we are officially stepping into the energy of tomorrow’s beautiful HARVEST FULL MOON IN ARIES. 🌾♈️🔥

There is something so powerful about a Harvest Moon. 🌕✨ Traditionally, this moon illuminated the final harvest of the season — and energetically, I love looking at it as an opportunity to pause and ask ourselves:

🌾 What am I ready to harvest from everything I’ve been working toward?
🔥 What am I finally ready to take action on?
✨ What needs to be released so I can move forward?
🌕 And what am I ready to call into my next chapter?

And with this Full Moon in fiery Aries, the energy is BOLD. 🔥♈️

Aries reminds us to choose ourselves. To trust our instincts. To stop waiting for permission. To have the courage to begin again, take the first step, and move toward what we truly desire.

🍂✨ BLESSED MABON, SOUL TRIBE ✨🍂

Today we welcome the Autumn Equinox & Mabon — a moment of balance, gratitude, reflection, and transition. 🍎🌾🕯️

The light begins to soften. The days grow shorter. Nature starts turning inward… and maybe we’re being asked to do the same.

Summer carried A LOT this year. And as we step into fall, I’m already feeling that shift… that little bit of Persephone energy beginning to creep in. 🍂🖤

This is the season of the witch. 🔮 But it’s also the season of slowing down. Of protecting our energy. Resting without guilt. Taking inventory of what we’ve grown, what we’ve harvested, and what simply didn’t bloom the way we hoped.

Mabon reminds us there is magic in both the harvest and the release.

Not every season produces what we expected. Not everything we planted was meant to grow. Sometimes the magic is recognizing what did flourish, gathering what is ours, releasing what isn’t, and trusting another season is already beginning. ✨

So today, light your candle. Burn your cinnamon. Decorate for fall. Pull a card. Sit with your altar. Give thanks for what has arrived and make space for what is still finding its way to you.

🍂 Rest. Recalibrate. Protect your energy. Return to your magic.

✨ ORIGIN OF ABUNDANCE ✨

Last night was powerful. Truly. 🤍

Our Origin of Abundance Family Constellations workshop opened such an important conversation around money, abundance, and the beliefs we carry — many of which were instilled in us long before we were old enough to understand them.

So much of our relationship with money comes from what we witnessed growing up. Our families. Our culture. The things we heard, the struggles we watched, and the beliefs passed down to us.

And then one day, we realize… maybe this belief didn’t begin with me. ✨

Every constellation was beautiful, and one thing I love about this work is that even when you aren’t the person constellating, there is always something to receive, witness, or learn.

As always, we do not film the actual constellations. 🤍 What unfolds in that space is deeply personal, and protecting the privacy of those who trust us enough to do this work is incredibly important to us.

We ended with a powerful collective group constellation that left me thinking… I needed this. 🥹✨

My own relationship with abundance and money is something I’ve wanted to explore for a long time, so being able to bring this experience into Soul II Soul and share it with our community was deeply meaningful to me.

This constellation was different from the others we’ve experienced, and once again, Emily amazed me. Thank you for continuing to share your medicine, your magic, your wisdom, and your essence with us. 🤍

And to the beautiful group of women who joined us — thank you for your vulnerability, trust, openness, and the incredible energy you brought into the room.

I’m eternally grateful and deeply honored that Soul II Soul can continue to be a space where our community gathers, learns, witnesses, heals, and explores what lives beneath the surface.

What a night. What a group. What powerful medicine. 🤍✨
