“Where are you headed next?” I get this question a lot when we wrap up a sale, and the answer is… home to my babies! 😂💕

We don’t pack up and head to the next town! Rhea Lana’s of Valparaiso is a locally owned small business, and our sales happen right here in the communities I call home. 🫶🏼

So in the “off-season,” I’m home with my girls, doing school drop-offs and trying to catch up on the laundry. 😅 We might run into each other at Target or find ourselves cheering on our kiddos from the same sidelines!

And in between all that everyday stuff, I’m working behind the scenes to bring our next sale to life! We only pop up twice a year, but this is home all year long. 🩷

Spring dates are coming soon… and I can’t wait to get them on your calendar! 😉

We’re officially back, ready to roll and already cooking up lots of fun for our next Rhea Lana’s season!

Well… I definitely didn’t mean to disappear for almost a month. 😂

I signed off after our Fall Sale ended on August 8th fully intending to come back a few days later with a big mushy THANK YOU post.

And then August 11th happened. 😳

A derecho tore through our area, leaving so many of our RL families without power, dealing with fallen trees, flooded basements (🙋🏼‍♀️ hi, that was us 😂), delayed school starts and just general chaos.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that came birthdays, back-to-school, preschool starting for my twins… and suddenly it’s SEPTEMBER?! 🤯

So this post is ridiculously overdue, but I couldn’t move on without saying it:

THANK YOU!!!! 🩷

Our Fall Sale was officially, yet again, our BIGGEST sale yet. 🥹

More than 21,000+ kids’ items came through our doors. 🤯 More families consigned with us, shopped with us, worked with us and told their friends about us than ever before.

Every sale, I stand in the store at some point and think about how crazy it is that this little Rhea Lana’s community keeps growing. You guys trust me with your kids’ things, show up to shop, share our posts, tell your friends and help turn this into something so much bigger than I imagined when I started.

I don’t ever take that for granted.

So, almost a month late but…

Our final full day of shopping has commenced and we are ready to wrap up our sale tomorrow! We are open from 10 AM to 4 PM so it’s your final chance to come and grab your kiddos some clothes and shoes for back to school starting at just two dollars! Can you see the tired in my eyes? 👀 🤣 You all kept us BUSY today!!!! There’s so many more treasures to unearth though and we’ve rearranged the store some to help make things easier to shop so come check us out!
