First term of the rest of my life is complete ✅

Woof what a ride! I’ve been wanting to share more about this experience but it’s just been sooo full.

I’ve somehow found a way to balance school, teaching classes, private sessions and long, hot market days all while staying sane. Feels like a big confirmation that this is the right path. Lots of challenge and intensity but just enough to feel achievable. I had nervousness about how this all could weave together and so far I’ve just been continuously showered with small but deep blessings.

Making incredible friends along this journey 🧚🏽‍♀️

Community has also been vital for me this past term and will continue to be as I navigate this path. Thank you to everyone that’s let me blab on about Chinese medicine to them 😅 you can look forward to some discounted sessions in the future!

I’ve been calling in more aligned friendships — the kind where we can tend to our spirits together, through ritual, the medicine of the earth, and a shared reverence for the sacred. I’ve met some magical people along my spiritual journey, but the magic I’ve experienced with Rachel has been soooo tender.

It’s such a gift to tend to our spirits in this way, and even more, to rewrite some deep sisterhood wounds, one river dip at a time. 🌀💧🧚🏽‍♀️

The Capricorn Full Moon reminds us that our strength is not from how much we carry, but in what has already taken root. As the Cancer Sun invites us into the heart, we remember that discipline and tenderness can exist at the same time - rooted enough to hold ourselves, soft enough to feel into the blessings of all we've accomplished.

As a Cancer Sun myself, I'm ending this day with a nourishing herbal bath - a ritual of returning and tending to my roots with softness. Especially after holding a lot of Capricorn energy through multiple events this past weekend, it feels like a much needed moment to pause, reflect, and feel gratitude for what's already here.

There is a time to build, and there is also a time to receive.

Yin + Sound is a slow, meditative journey into deep rest and release. Through restful floor-based postures, we gently open the body - softening the fascia and inviting both physical and emotional tension to unwind. The class includes a restorative sound bath, where vibrational frequencies move through your body to support deeper release, integration, and energetic balance.

Subtle Seven is a slow, restorative journey through the seven chakras using gentle movement, yin-inspired holds, and guided meditation. Our class begins with a Sacred Sisters chakra oil - inviting connection to the subtle energy body. With each anointment of oil, breath, and gentle pose, we create spacious awareness for introspection, rest, and release. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and more deeply connected to yourself.

still licking some wounds exiting this past year… although this was a heavier year - I think for most - I still feel gratitude for the lessons I got to experience. The consistent shedding of past selves necessary to (in)form the person I am today.

I have been working these years to create healing offerings full of medicinal herbs to help heal my community and those elsewhere who can receive this medicine by delivery. It has been such a long and rewarding journey of understanding plants and how they can heal the body.
