Many of you who supported Middleburgh Mercantile and me with good wishes throughout the past year’s health challenges wanted to be updated …here goes!

30 radiation treatments are complete. I received phenomenal care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and am now home. I will start a lifetime of follow up scans in July, as my cancer is one that is known to return.

I hope that you will be able to join us on July 19, or at least stop by and say hello! If you’re interested in donating an auction item, please contact Kathleen English (contact info on poster).

We wrapped up our time at 310 Main Street today, the former home of our store, Middleburgh Mercantile. Thanks to Rusty for everything he did from day one until the final day to make the store a success…remodeling, building displays, working during busy times, and later on, working when I was too sick to. Thanks to our good friends Wes Andrew and Annette Andrew, for all their help…without all of them, it never would have been completed! Many bins packed, many trash bags filled and many trips to storage in our basement later, the space is now ready for Lisa Tenneson and Four Star Realty Group, Inc to move BACK into 310 Main, their former location! Lisa, you were a wonderful landlady/landlord and business associate. I will miss our special event planning!!!

Saturday, April 11, our final day, and we’ve decided to reward our loyal and faithful customers with a bonus discount! Everything EXCEPT honey and maple syrup will be discounted 75 percent off the price it’s marked! Clothing, baskets, home decor, earrings, Vera Bradley bags, Christmas, Easter, vintage, collectors items things you didn’t even know you needed!

Bring cash (it’s a cash only sale), bring bags and bring your friends! Help us clear things out so that can move back into our space quickly and expand forward! This isn’t a “Let’s bring the junk out sale” this is all the quality merchandise we always sold…life just changed plans on us! Hope to see you on Saturday!

Just two days remain, and tomorrow’s the day for summer clothing to appear! We have to add an extra rack because there are still so many great sweaters left! Stop by and say hello/so long before it’s too late.

We can’t say enough how much we’ve enjoyed being a part of our customers’ lives over the past three years, and wish it could have been longer. Life had other plans, and on Monday, we’ll begin our journey toward wellness with the specialists at at their Westchester treatment center. ❤️

🍯🐝 English Family Farm has graciously donated their remaining inventory to our sale, so it is included in the discount. They are donating their proceeds toward my treatment expenses at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. We thank them for their generosity!❤️

We have my treatment schedule, it begins on April 13 and goes through May 22.
