I made myself smaller to keep other people comfortable.
I apologized for being ambitious.
I second-guessed my voice.
I waited for permission to be seen.
I dimmed my light so insecure people could feel bigger.
I convinced myself I was too loud, too emotional, too late, or too much.
But I wasn’t the problem.
I was powerful, capable, and already becoming more of who I was meant to be.
I didn’t need to become her.
I needed to stop abandoning myself to fit someone else’s idea of success.
I hadn’t outgrown myself—I had outgrown every place, person, and expectation that demanded I become less.
So stop asking for permission.
Stop apologizing for your ambition.
Stop shrinking to fit spaces you were meant to outgrow.
Stop trying to become her.
Become unapologetically you.
Take up THE DAMN SPACE.
Own your voice.
Stand fully in your power.
This is your BAWSE era.
Bold. Ambitious. Women. Survive. Everything.
