Happy Mardi Gras Day!

We have the traditional Fat Tuesday meal of gumbo, jambalaya, or try the of best of both and make it gumbalaya, hot and ready for you to pick up and take home, served with hot toasted French bread.

For those of you that like to create your own, we have our base mixes to make it easy for you. If you can boil water and whisk, that's all you need to know for these to turn out perfectly every time.

The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and Boudreaux’s is open!
After being snowed in and then blocked in by whoever cleared our parking lot, we found a good man to shovel through the icy mounds.
We are here with hot and ready gumbo and jambalaya and of course, our famous snoballs.
