We’ve restocked at Roll Out The Barrel Antiques, at Antique Marketplace of Lemoyne. There’s a great vintage Miller Parking Meter in excellent shape, working order, with key. We also added some new Uranium Glass pieces, and some Christmas items, including two nice ceramic Christmas trees - take your pick on size. In the toy section, we added four Sun Rubber Mickey Mouse vehicles, two tractors and two fire engines.
In the Polish Pottery area we have some great Christmas pieces, all priced below outlet prices.
The rain is over, so come on in.

Just added a great find with local ties, in glass case #16, downstairs at Antique Marketplace of Lemoyne. This pretzel shaped whiskey flask is from the Foust Distillery, which operated in a spring-fed hollow near Glen Rock in Springfield/Shrewsbury Township, York County, from 1840 until Prohibition in 1921. It’s in beautiful shape and even has the original cork.
Also added to the case is a Marx wind up, flip over tin Litho tank. The mechanism works well, and the tank does a complete flip as it rolls across the floor.
And be sure to stop on the main floor to see the great, old, heavy milk can, painted with eagles and other patriotic items.

Just added to Case #16, downstairs at Antique Marketplace of Lemoyne, this great pair of early British/Irish whisky advertising stoneware jugs.

1. Rare Victorian Long John’s Celebrated Scotch Whisky ‘Dew of Ben-Nevis’ stoneware advertising jug, Donald P. McDonald, Fort William, Scotland; J. Bourne & Son, Denby; c.1875–1880; with period branded wooden stopper.

2. Mitchell & Co. “Cruiskeen Lawn” Old Irish Whisky advertising stoneware one quart jug, made for Mitchell & Co. Ltd. of Belfast. C. 1905 - 1910. Chip in the lip of the jug.

Priced to sell at $225 for the Long John’s, and $175 for the Mitchell (due to the chip).

Also added to the case, a beautiful French Richard’s and Co, Philadelphia, ironstone coffee pot from the mid 1800’s for $159.

While you are there, come up to the main floor and visit Roll Out The Barrel Antiques, where we’ve restocked a bunch of Hubley items, and added some more Halloween/Fall pieces.

Local pickup only at Antique Marketplace.

Another RARE find! Karl Bub Nurnberg first generation Guage 1, 0-4-0 clockwork tank Locomotive, from 1910-1912. The key is not original but it works. The twin spring motor mechanism works very well and smooth. The letters K. B. N. are cast on the smokebox. The date 1912 is scratched into the top. Original paint has some scratching, but overall in great shape for the age. All original paint and the original brass bell. Wheel gauge is 45 mm. Overall length about 16cm.
A great early piece in great shape for its age.
Can be seen downstairs at Antique Marketplace of Lemoyne, Case #16.

RARE FIND! A.H. Fox Gun Co. spring powered cork-ball (wooden-ball) toy shotgun, manufactured in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, likely circa 1915–1925, based on the patent-pending marking which is typical of the earliest production of these toy guns, before the patents were fully issued. Features a folding/break-action design that mimics a real shotgun, a wood buttstock (complete, with no visible repairs) and blued steel barrels (some scratches and worn bluing) much heavier and better made than most toy guns of the era.
Includes:
* Two original, reusable spring loaded metal “shells.”
* Original cloth bag of wooden balls (very rare).
* Original trigger guard (used to set the shells’ spring).
See pictures for exact condition and details. Available for local pick up only, at Antique Marketplace of Lemoyne, Case #16, downstairs. All sales go through Antique Marketplace.
