Job Title: Cellphone Repair Technician / Sales Representative
Location: Middletown,CT ( Device Raptors )
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Cellphone Repair Technician / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of cellphone issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Assist customers in selecting the right mobile devices and accessories to meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.

Requirements:
- Experience in cellphone repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Availability to work 18-20 hours per week.
