Our dirt bike racing family needs your help! See below and if you have property that can help out... Please reach out to the D14 contacts!
CALL TO ACTION!! It is becoming increasingly difficult to find new properties to race at as well as keep some of our privately owned facilities on our schedule due to volunteer help. Our riders have done a great job stepping up to volunteer when I asked a couple times this year, so thank you for that. My next ask is 2 things:
1. If anybody has or knows anybody or group of people with enough property to host a race, please contact me. I would love to speak with them about what it involves, financials, etc.
2. Please join a club if you are not a member of one. Or if you are not near enough to one of our clubs for it to make sense, reach out to some of our private facilities and ask if you can help them with race preparation.
We're trying really hard to get new places to race, but our reach is limited with just the few of us who administer the series. We need YOU, our racers, to help us. I want to keep a minimum of 8 races on our schedule each year.
If you have OnX Hunt app, it's great for looking at parcel information and land owners to help get in contact with them to ask. I believe they have a free trial version. Please reach out or comment below with any questions and thank you all for your help!
