No big plans required.

Sometimes you just need to wander through the crystals, smell every incense even though you already have 14 at home 😂, flip through a deck you absolutely do not need but somehow ends up speaking directly to you, and see what finds you.

That’s one of my favorite things about Saturdays at Earth, Body, & Soul.

You can come in looking for absolutely nothing…

Maybe you’re not lazy. Maybe your energy is just DONE with everybody. 😂

Before you blame Mercury, your hormones, the moon, your coworkers, your family group chat… or the fact that you clearly need another iced coffee 👀

Your energy might just need a reset.

A few signs:

✨ You’re exhausted even though you’ve rested
✨ Everyone suddenly feels extra irritating
✨ Your brain has 37 tabs open and none of them are loading
✨ You’ve been absorbing everybody else’s moods
✨ You don’t necessarily feel “bad”… you just don’t feel like YOU

That’s usually our cue to come back to ourselves.

Cleanse your space.
Take the salt bath.
Put your feet on the ground.
Turn your phone off for a minute.

Say the prayer.
