We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team in Midland, TX and help us continue growing throughout West Texas.
This isn’t a position where you’ll just sit behind a counter. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, developing new business, creating content, and making things happen.
You’ll work directly with contractors and commercial customers, develop new accounts, grow existing relationships, help promote our hands-on training programs, create social media content, and sell professional coatings, tooling, equipment, and systems.

Coatings or construction industry experience is a major plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Sales experience, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and being comfortable creating social media content are important.
