Cleaning Supervisor

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Simply Pristine Clean is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our residential and commercial cleaning teams. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every job meets our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and support cleaning team members
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency
• Train and coach employees to maintain company standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns
• Assist with cleaning duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Professional cleaning experience required
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Personable, trustworthy, and dependable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday
