Eastman’s White Mountain Guide Book, published in Concord (NH) by Edson C. Eastman, and in Boston by Smith & Lee, 220 pages, with all fold out maps intact, as well as a loose large map inside the back cover. This 19th century edition has a rare pictorial cover depicting the Cog Railway.

Complete wooden printers rack with 17 various configuration type trays, one tray inscribed “F.F. Green, Quincy, Mass”. The Fred F. Green printing business was active on Chestnut Street in Quincy, MA from 1887 to 1905, and his business was known for issuing the local publication “The Quincy Advertiser”.
