While listing this book for sale "The Book of American Negro Poetry", I came across this poem which speaks to the horror that happened not that long ago. I fear we are in for a repeat with the new regime coming into power. And Yes it IS accurate. Whites made postcards of their deeds with smiling children looking at their handiwork as if it were the most normal thing. This time it will be ANY person of color and any group they don't like. And perpetrators' glee will be with us once again.
