That little black ball on your wick is called mushrooming.

It’s very common, so don’t worry if it happens — but a few simple tips can help prevent it:

▪️ Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn
▪️ Keep your candle away from drafts
▪️ Follow the recommended burn time — don’t burn for longer than 4 hours

Always remember that a quick trim = a cleaner flame and a longer-lasting candle.
