IT’S OUR ANNIVERSARY!!! And we’re having a little party today. This year started out so different … after months of internal debate, I had decided to close the shop and go back to regular work hours in corporate America as I didn’t have the overwhelming time required for a small retail and design business due to obligations elsewhere. HOWEVER the joke was on me as there aren’t any stable 9-5 careers right now - at least not in my fields of experience, so I’ve leaned into doing my best with my beloved little toybox here as best as I can. I have to admit, seeing the world stumble obsessively into ai this and ai that, I’m loving having my own little analog world here where I can snuggle up into cozy nostalgia. SO … AS FOR TODAY … there will be a 15% discount all day on everything! Also starting at 1pm, we will be serving up free snow cones while supplies last. AND there is a fun little carnival-style guessing game where you can win various prizes!! Come downtown and say hi - pick up something cute on sale, and/or snag a sweet treat (while we have ‘em!) Open until 6 today at 87 W Jackson Street - it’s the awesome little teal building with the yellow door!
