We had six ladies here working on their sweatshirts. Feel free to join in, it’s not too late. These ladies got their zippers done. They will be back for the next class next week.

Mindy is having a class here at QHQ starting August 6th and meeting weekly. We are using a plain sweatshirt or a zip up sweatshirt with a hood and changing them into a one of a kind head, turning work of art.. each class is tailored to an individual area of your sweatshirt to embellish. Pick and choose which areas you want to focus on.. we will have four different classes, Front, back , sleeves, and hood. You do not need an embroidery machine.. each class $15. Please contact the instructor for a supply list to discuss ideas to make your sweatshirt uniquely your own.. Mindy Turner will be your instructor phone or text 810-338-0047.

We lost another one of our fellow quilters. Sharon Baxendale lost her battle on July 8th. We will miss her wit, her laughter, her sharing of talent. Sharon often covered the shop when I was off. Very talented and loving lady. RIP my friend 🌹
