Attention to detail is a priority as i will always work hard to produce items of the best quality. Because detail and quality is so important turn around time can take up to two weeks. i do ensure clear comminication and provide updates when possible. You will not be disappointed when ordering from me. Moving forward I will only use the skinny (straight) tumblers as they are easier to work with and take less time than the wide curvy cups. If you order from me please do not expect or assume the cups will be a curvy shaped one based on past posts. Please be sure to provide all details of your requests at the time of ordering, any details not provided will be assumed I have artistic freedom to choose for you. If I have started and you change your mind, make an additional requests that changes the existing one, or add new details that were not previously provided causing me to start over I will have to charge a fee for time and supplies used.
