Oh wow. This is the original draft of Punisher Annual #3 1990 by Mike Baron, author, artist and creator of the Wisconsin super hero Badger. Authenticated by the receipt and the internal Marvel correspondence. A worthy relic for The Reliquary.

Fortune smiles! This was found in The Reliquary collection, a signed Gold Edition of Scott McCloud's seminal work Understanding Comics, which helped sequential art gain a more respected place as a valid art form.
