A couple of vintage lovers search the attics, yard sales, estate sales and flea markets of Chicago to uncover vintage and antique wares from the last century! Fly Times Vintage owners, Alex and Shannon, met one autumn day while they each were walking dogs and quickly fell in love as they discovered each other's obsession with vintage housewares! They have since been busy searching high and low all
over the city of Chicago to find the best, most unique and niftiest stuff out there to share with you! They did the searching, the digging, and the cleaning for you and now have listed it all here so you can shop for awesome vintage right from the comfort of your own abode! Shannon loves dishware and all things for the kitchen. Some of her favorites include Pyrex, Frankoma Pottery, Art Deco Pottery and Architecture, Texas Ware, Taxidermy, Tobaccania and barware. Alex has an eye for any and everything wool! He has a large collection of blankets and scarves (he even has some skirts!) and he just might be willing to share some of them with you! He has a very good eye for authentic, vintage wool pieces both domestic and from the United Kingdom and beyond. He is also a skilled bicycle mechanic and loves vintage bikes and cycling paraphernalia. He has a good eye for vintage art and paper ephemera as well.
