A New Building, a Flood, and 965 Visitors.

Most of what you see here is the finished BC Modern experience.

What you don’t always see is the behind the scenes estate work, the studio we’re building, the repairs, the flooding, the commercial projects and all the other decisions happening between one event and the next.

August had all of it—and somehow ended with 965 people walking through our doors.
