I've been working on something new. This week, I'm revealing my first ever Caramel Apple Collection 🍎

There's only one apple that could go first.

The Dena is named after my Aunt Dena. She taught me everything I know about making confections. This was her signature apple back when I was working alongside her at Dena's Specialty Candy. Peanut butter, peanuts, hand-dipped caramel, dipped in your choice of milk or dark chocolate.

When I decided to build my own Caramel Apple Collection, there was never a question about what would be in it. This apple was always going to be here. It's my way of carrying her legacy forward.

My favorite in the collection and it always will be.

Online ordering opens Sunday 9/28 at sweetes262.com and I'll be revealing the full collection all week long. Two drops a day thru Thursday, and a solo drop on Friday for 9 total apples! Stay tuned.

What’s better than a Reese’s? I might be a little biased, but I’d say my homemade Buckeyes. 🤎 And judging by how fast they disappear around here, I’m not the only one who thinks so! Sometimes even I don’t get to enjoy one before they’re gone.

Buckeyes have always been special to me. My mom is from Ohio, and growing up, she made them for us all the time. I can still remember waiting for them to chill in the fridge and knowing there was something sweet waiting for me.

As my love for chocolate grew over the years, I knew when I started Sweet-E’s that Buckeyes had to be part of it. And I knew I wanted to make them for my mom, just like she always made them for us. 💛

Because really… what’s better than a creamy homemade peanut butter ball dipped in rich milk or dark chocolate? They’re simple, delicious, and definitely one of my specialties.

One of my favorite parts of Sweet E’s is getting to play a small part in your celebrations, milestones and accomplishments.

These University of Minnesota-themed platters are heading out for a graduation party, loaded with chocolate-dipped pretzel rods and Or-E-Os in Gopher colors.
