Today we celebrated a big milestone for one of our amazing team members—Val has officially been on Team ITT for FIVE years! ✨🎉

Val joined us during the pandemic as a summer hire… and we knew pretty quickly that we had to find a way to keep her around longer. (We’re not sure she realized she was signing up for five years of toy store adventures! 😂)

Since then, she’s done it all—from social media fun, ferrying toys between stores, managing mountains of cardboard, creating window magic, and even inspiring us to join our very first Heritage Days parade. She’s also the founding member of the Cheetah Squad, our official Culture Captain, and an incredible mom, too!!

Thank you, Val, for every smile, every crazy idea, every holiday season, and every customer you’ve delighted. We are so glad we found you!! 💙✨🥳🎈
