Back Pack Buddies food bags will be available during the Thanksgiving break. Bags can be picked up on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until Noon and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Please limit to one per child if possible. Many thanks to the library for once again helping us feed the children of our communiy.

We are very grateful to the good folks at PPGH. They held a very, very successful food drive for us. It was an amazing amount of food! We were blessed again when a group of volunteers came to help us pack. I continue to be amazed by the generosity of our community.

🧜‍♀️ It's baaaack!!! The Mermaid is back for a limited time!!
It is only here for the month of August and a portion of each sale is donated to a local program benefiting our community! Keep reading for more info!
🧜‍♀️ The Mermaid is as delicious as it is pretty! The flavors of Margarita, Pink Bubble Gum, and Blue Bubble gum are specially layered to create a pretty mermaid color that tastes delicious! We know that flavor combo may sound a bit strange but it is yummy! We top it with whipped cream, special sprinkles, and a mermaid tail! ~~ If you would like to order a Mermaid but would like a different flavor of snow, just let us know what flavor you'd like and ask to have it "topped like a Mermaid!"
🧜‍♀️ Each year we offer our special Mermaid shaved ice for one month and donate a portion of each Mermaid sale to a local community organization/program. This year the Funky Munky Shaved Ice Mineral Wells location will once again make our Mermaid donation to Back Pack Buddies Mineral Wells. This wonderful organization helps ensure the children in our community do not go hungry. It is a great program and we encourage everyone to learn more about the awesome work they do.

Back Pack Buddies food bags will be available at Boyce Ditto Library beginning July 1st until school starts on August 7th. Bags can be picked up on Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM, and on Friday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. The library will be closed July 4th. Please limit to one bag per child per week if possible. We are grateful to the library for helping feed the children of our community.

We are very proud to present the winners from Mineral Wells Idol 2023. The winner of the Judges Award was Micheal Robinson. The winner of the People's Choice Award was Sami Martin, our youngest contestant. Many thanks to all the contestants who shared their talent with us.
