Hey local friends and visitors. Art-A-Whirl® 2026 starts tomorrow! Be a part of an exhilarating gathering with of artists, galleries, and businesses spread throughout venues in Northeast Minneapolis, including our home base at the California Building. Art-A-Whirl offers an extraordinary chance to interact with artists in their creative hubs, witness captivating demonstrations, participate in engaging activities, groove to live music, and delight in local eateries and breweries. She has been with Global Mamas for over a decade, introduced to the organization by a friend’s husband. She began her career with us as a Bookkeeper and proved herself a valuable asset to the organization, serving as a Production Manager before her recent promotion to Operations Manager. Did you know, each Global Mamas tag comes with the name of the batiker, seamstress, and quality control champion that worked on your textile product? At Global Mamas, we aim to ensure that all of the people involved in our community are seen, valued, and celebrated.
