Authorities are asking for the public’s help locating a dangerous clothing designer who escaped custody after being accused of making far too many people fly.

The suspect was last seen wearing black, covered in tattoos, and convincing innocent bystanders that they needed “just one more hoodie.”

Investigators believe he will be hiding somewhere inside the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities Tattoo Festival on July 24, 25 & 26.

Local clothing designer Brad Peasley has been arrested after authorities received multiple reports of people suddenly feeling more confident, standing taller, and looking significantly better than they did just days before.

According to investigators, the suspect is believed to be the founder of a tattoo-inspired clothing brand known as Ink Over Scars. Witnesses claim exposure to the brand has resulted in increased self-confidence, elevated motivation, and an uncontrollable urge to chase bigger goals.
