We officially opened the doors of San Jose Chocolate & Inkakaw right here in Crystal, MN!
Surrounded by city leaders, neighbors, friends, and family who believed in this dream long before there was a storefront to walk into. A heartfelt thank you to the City of Crystal, MN - Local Government for celebrating with us and welcoming us into this community with open arms. From a first idea to a first sale, today marks the beginning of something we can't wait to share with you.

What a special and meaningful moment for our family! ❤️

We were so happy to welcome the Mayor and City Council members of Crystal to our ribbon cutting and to celebrate this new chapter with us.

After so much hard work, it is incredibly exciting to have our chocolate manufacturing and retail store together in one place — from cacao beans to finished chocolate bars, all under one roof.

We are truly grateful to the City of Crystal for welcoming us into the community and supporting this new beginning. We are excited for what’s ahead! 🍫🎀❤️

Today we're overflowing with gratitude — MCFM just published a beautiful feature on our story, "From Ecuador's Coast to Mill City."
One of the parts we're proudest of: this year we were named a 2026 Next Stage Grant Awardee, which is helping us scale our import and local processing of certified organic cacao sourced from Indigenous farming communities in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

This market isn't just where we sell chocolate. It's where we became who we are. Thank you for growing with us. 🌱
