Experimenting with more powders! This is cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach! Added it to my electrolytes tonight! The taste was actually super mild and I mostly tasted my peach mango electrolyte packet. One thing is for sure, I need a new blender that can get it to a fine powder! Any thoughts/requests on powders? Fruit powders are a thing, you just add to ice and makes an instant smoothie. Lots to try!

Freeze drying goes so far beyond just freeze dried candy, and actually why I originally bought my freeze dryer! Tonight I made sloppy joes. While browning my hamburger I tossed in some freeze dried onions and green pepper. It was so easy. And because I knew my kids don't love green peppers, I gave the pepper chunks a little squeeze and crushed them right into the hamburger! Full of flavor and so easy!

Trying something new! I did 1 of 6 trays of bananas (85 bananas total to be exact 😅) different! I sprinkled with a little bit of cinnamon for cinnamon bananas! Let's see how they turn out!
