Sunday, August 16th: OPEN for online orders today from 1-4pm! Today is possibly the last day I will be open before I am out of town, although I may open Wednesday from 1-4pm. I was originally going to be leaving that day, but now I am leaving Thursday! So keep an eye on the Facebook/Instagram for updates!

Saturday, August 15th: OPEN for online orders today from 1-5pm! Apologies for the last minute update for yesterday, I didn’t think we would be at the summer games for so long but our team did great and I enjoyed myself!

Friday, August 14th: open today from 1-5pm for ONLINE orders ONLY! Due to the rain, I will be doing online pickup orders instead of online and in person orders.
I was asked if I would be able to play in the summer games last minute so I will be busy in the morning right up until prep time starts so hopefully I’ll have enough time to make everything! Due to this, though, please refrain from placing an order before I open as I will be updating the website with what is in stock once I am done with prep work which is usually around 12:45/1pm!

Wednesday, August 12th: OPEN for online orders ONLY today from 1-4pm! On Wednesdays I will be doing online order pick up and closing at 4pm to give me time to clean up quickly as I have volleyball practice a bit earlier this season.

Sunday, August 9th: OPEN today from 1-4pm for online and in-person orders! As long as I have time to make another batch of toasted coconut syrup, I’ll be able to add the Ocean Latte on the website! I also added some new in-person exclusives, so make sure to check them out!

Saturday, August 8th: OPEN for online and in-person orders today from 1-5pm! I’ll be restocking some menu items so the website might not be updated until around noon. Make sure to refresh/reload the website before ordering to make sure your version is updated with what is available! Remember to check out the in-person exclusives, like the newest (and last) summer seasonal: the Ocean Latte! For those who enjoyed the Ocean Latte last year, this year’s version is a bit different so make sure to check out the description online and try it in person!

Friday, August 7th: OPEN for online AND in-person orders today from 1-5pm! I spent yesterday deep cleaning my work station, which left me a little less time for prep work so some items may be out of stock BUT I did make a batch of Thai tea so that will be back today (it takes 12 hours to brew which is why some days it’s unavailable!). If I have time in the morning after the usual prep work (purées, tapioca, syrups, etc) I will try to make some Ocean Latte syrup and have that available as an in-person item!
Keiko and Sayaka matchas are running low, but I do have an order of Sayaka on its way from Kyoto and will be placing an order for Keiko soon! In the meantime, if I run out of either, I do have Chakai matcha as an in-person exclusive. Chakai is a good in-between matcha; not as much umami as Sayaka but stronger than Keiko.
Shark Attack will not be available today, but Zombie Brains and P.O.G. will be!

^I will be closed August 19-23 due to a volleyball tournament and from September 2-19!! When I am back from my September trip, I will be rolling out the fall menu items!

Wednesday, August 5th: OPEN for online orders today from 1-4pm!! I’ve decided to change up how I do things for the foreseeable future (or at least until my two upcoming trips are over) to make things a bit easier for me. On Wednesdays and Sundays when I’m open 1-4pm, I will also be doing those days as online orders only. You can still pay cash, pay with card at arrival rather than online, and order online/through messenger when you arrive rather than ordering ahead, I just won’t have the garage cafe open those days. I will have the garage cafe open and available for in-person ordering on Fridays and Saturdays! If this doesn’t work out, I will go back to staying open all four days but for now we’ll see how this goes!
Also, an update on the seasonal menu items: the mango matcha is being retired for the season, while the morning mojito, guava milk tea, P.O.G., Shark Attack!, and Zombie Brains remain available. I am trying to find a time to release the Ocean Latte so be on the lookout for that! I might have it as an in-person exclusive.

Saturday, August 1st: OPEN for online and in-person orders today from 1-5pm! I’m feeling better after taking yesterday off to rest and reset. It’s looking like it’ll be a hot weekend but should be manageable to keep the garage cafe open for in-person orders. Don’t forget to try the seasonal drinks before they’re gone! The Shark Attack has been pretty popular the few days it’s been available so I’ll try to get enough raspberries to keep that puree in stock for both of the summerween drinks!

Schedule update: I will be out of town for two weeks in September, with specific dates to be announced later. I’m super excited for this trip as I’ll be visiting home and riding up to Massachusetts to go to Salem for the 400th anniversary!!! This will be my first time in New England so I’m mega hyped. When I am back from that trip it will be time for the fall seasonal drinks which will be soooo exciting!
