RAD Hobbies is a small, e-commerce shop based in the Charlotte, NC area. Our inventory changes frequently and we can ship to the lower 48 United States!

We specialize in 80s/90s/2000s (and up) RC vehicles... plus gaming, collectibles, and memorabilia. Welcome to RAD Hobbies & RC! We started this business as hobbyists as it's a hobby we have enjoyed on and off for nearly 35 years. We specialize in vintage RC Cars and Trucks, but also enjoy newer RC vehicles and is why we are also a proud Authorized Redcat Distributor. Outside of our Redcat inventory, most items we have for sale are pre-owned and we do almost all selling online. If we do find a good deal on new stock, we will pass it along to you, however, most will fall under the previously mentioned Vintage category. Be sure to visit www.RADHobbiesRC.com to view our current inventory! And we don't only sell... sometimes we'll simply feature photographs taken either by us, or by friends and clients of cool or interesting vehicles from personal collections. Feel free to message us a photo if you'd like to be featured!

🌟 Product Spotlight 🌟 Picked up a 2026 NFL Draft Fanatic Mini Helmet signed by Arevell Reese, the 5th Overall Draft Pick in 2026.

Drafted and signed by the NY Giants, Arevell was a CFP national champion (2024), Consensus All-American (2025), and Big Ten Linebacker of the Year (2025) all for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

🌟 Card Spotlight 🌟 - My awesome wife saw some 2026 Topps Bowman Football boxes on the shelf at Target and asked me if she should buy any. I said sure, grab 1. She asked.. that's it? I said yes, in case they suck, because honestly, I've had some bad luck on all new Topps releases so far 😆

Well, in addition to a bunch of Chrome Refractors and some inserts (not pictured), I pulled 3 numbered parallels, with 1 being a 2/5 and Autographed!! Needless to say, I was pretty excited 🤩.

As I'm not a huge fan of any of these players personally, all cards are available.

To purchase, check out our eBay and CollX shops, plus our WhatNot lives. You can also DM us here to save!

🌟 Card Spotlight 🌟 - As a NASCAR and racing fan in general, Darrell Waltrip has been on my screen seemingly forever. I had TIDE models and slot cars growing up, watched him race against other legends, laughed with him when he was an announcer, felt hos joy and pain when his brother won the Daytona 500 after Earnhardt wrecked in 2001, and enjoyed him voicing a racecar announcer in the CARS movies.

I was sad to hear about his medical diagnosis and will definitely miss him calling the races, but I hope he is able to rest and improve his condition. And maybe, if he's feeling better, we'll be able to get one more "Boogity, boogity, boogity... let's go racing boys".

These cards are both numbered (blue to 50, red to 75) and will be available in our shops. I do have a National Treasure /25 as well, but I'll be keeping that one in my PC.

To see them, check out our eBay and WhatNot shops, plus our WhatNot lives. You can also DM us here to save!

🌟 Card Spotlight 🌟 - The King! I've been a Richard Petty fan as long as I can remember. I have photos from the 80s when friends and relatives would go to races and take pictures of his car for little 8 y/o me. Growing up, i painted RC cars, slot cars, and other model cars with the STP theme. More recently, I even had the honor to meet and spend some time with him at a charity event a little over 10 years ago at Victory Lane Karting in Charlotte. They say to never meet your heros, but thankfully, he is an amazing person. I don't really ever get star struck, especially with racers, but he was definitely an exception.

This card is not for sale and will be in the PC. I actually have a 1/24 scale model as well and will be making a little display for the model and the autograph card.

We do have lots of other racing cards available though! To see them, check out our eBay and WhatNot shops, plus our WhatNot lives. You can also DM us here to save!

🌟 Card Spotlight 🌟 - I recently acquired a small card lot and this one caught my eye right away. Not b/c it's a numbered card to 15 or b/c it's a sheet metal memorabilia card, but b/c of whose card it is.

Matt is a member of an automotive group i am in and has to be one of the nicest people I've met (and definitely one of the nicest drivers). Honestly, just a regular guy who happens to have amazing driving talent. And yes, I've seen him at track days and he can do way more than turn left. It's just jaw dropping watching a pro driver just go out and drive, especially in a street car.

So, yeah, I definitely had to grab this card. And no, it's not for sale and will sit in my PC.

We do have a bunch of other NASCAR cards for sale, so if you want to purchase one of those, check out our eBay and WhatNot shops (link in bio).

As always, you can also DM us here to save if you see anything you like on IG or our eBay/WhatNot shops.

🌟 Card Spotlight 🌟 - One of the mpre polarizing players in the NFL, but the media sure does love him. He had a decent preseason game this weekend and ESPN is all over him. That's great for values!! 😆

This Rookie numbered, autographed, memorabilia booklet is a pretty sweet card. Not many of these floating around (numbered to /99), so we grabbed one when we had the opportunity.

Want to buy it? Check out our eBay, CollX and WhatNot shops (link on profile), plus on our WhatNot lives. You can also DM us here to save!

🌟 Card Spotlight 🌟 - Fall weather and football season is right around the corner, and what better way to highlight it than this card featuring two of the NY Giants' biggest stars?

Not gonna lie, I'm a big fan of the Rookie Sweaters product line, and this card is no exception, especially with the 2 and 3 color patches.

🏎 Product Spotlight 🏎 - More Hot Wheels! Who knew grabbing these things would be so much fun?!

We picked up two new Hot Wheels collectibles this week. Still haven't been able to find any treasure hunts, but these other options are still pretty sweet as we're starting to get more into the other lines of the Hot Wheels product line.
