🚨 WHAT IS A RESCUER? 🚨

When you see an ambulance, police car, or fire truck coming, you pull over and make room because someone needs help.

But what would you do if you came upon an accident? Someone choking? Someone hurt and waiting for help?

Would you stop? Would you check?

This morning, Pastor Jeff Drake shared his testimony as a first responder that really made me think: more people don’t stop than those who do. They see someone in need and simply keep going.

But haven’t we all needed someone to stop for us?

Then Pastor David Wayne Snow gave a great sermon
“Rescue The Perishing” !!!

Being a rescuer isn’t always about physically saving someone. Sometimes it’s simply saying:

❤️ “Are you okay?”
❤️ “Can I help you?”
❤️ “Have a blessed day.”
❤️ “Jesus loves you.”

You never know what someone is going through. That simple act of kindness could be exactly what they needed.

So today, stop. Notice. Care. 🛑

You just might be the person God sent to remind someone that they matter. 🙏🏽 🩵

🌙 CBN: THE SLEEPY CANNABINOID?
One of my most-asked-about questions… let’s break it down.
FUN FACT: CBN (cannabinol) forms when THC ages and breaks down over time, through exposure to oxygen and light.
It’s often talked about for its relaxing reputation, especially around sleep. 😴
But here’s the honest truth: research on CBN is still developing, and a lot of the “great for sleep” talk is more anecdotal than proven.
That doesn’t mean it’s not worth trying — it just means, like everything else on this page: don’t believe the hype until you’ve done your own homework. 🔍

🔥 DAY 6 — WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THCA?
You’ve probably seen THCA popping up everywhere lately.
But what exactly is it?
Here’s the fun fact:
THCA is the acidic precursor to THC. 🌿
In its natural form, THCA is not intoxicating in the same way THC is.
But here’s the REALLY interesting part…
When THCA is exposed to heat—like through smoking, va**ng, or cooking—it can convert into THC through a process called decarboxylation.
🤯 See why reading the label matters?!
This is one reason I tell my customers:
DON’T JUST LOOK AT THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE!
Know what’s actually in the product.

🌿 DAY 5 — HAVE YOU MET CBC?
Nope… I didn’t leave a letter out! 😂
Today we’re talking about CBC — cannabichromene.
FUN FACT: CBC is one of the lesser-known cannabinoids found in cannabis, and scientists have been studying its potential biological effects.
Here’s something I love about cannabinoids:
There’s SO much more to the plant than CBD and THC!

…and many others!
We’re still learning about how these compounds interact with the body, which is why responsible cannabinoid education matters.

Day 4 — CBD Isn’t the Same as THC 🌿

Let’s clear up a common misconception!
CBD and THC are both cannabinoids, but they are NOT the same thing.
🌱 CBD = cannabidiol
🌿 THC = tetrahydrocannabinol
THC is the cannabinoid most associated with the intoxicating “high” feeling.
CBD, on the other hand, is not considered intoxicating in the same way THC is.
So when someone says, “I don’t want to feel high,” that doesn’t automatically mean they need to avoid every cannabinoid. Understanding the difference between CBD and THC is an important first step.
Learn what you’re putting into your body. Ask questions. Read the label. Be informed. 💚

CBD interacts with this system in ways researchers are still learning about. That’s one reason CBD has become such an interesting topic in wellness conversations.
