Aloha to our Quilt Passions friends and ‘ohana,

We have more exciting news to share! First, a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Pop-Up event in Mission Viejo. Your enthusiasm—and your help spreading the word—made it a tremendous success. We had so much fun that we’ve scheduled three more Pop-Ups before the end of the year!

We appreciate your support and understanding as we vary the days and times—our goal is to make these events accessible to more of our wonderful customers. These Pop Ups will take place next to our classroom in Suite 230 at Garden Plaza (27001 La Paz Rd.). We hope to see you there!

To make our December 11 event extra festive, all red and green fabrics will be 20% off!

And, drumroll please . . .
Our Kona shop is moving to a new and improved location!

We will be closing our current space at Kona Seaside Shops (75-5663 Palani Rd.) at the end of the day Wednesday, Dec. 10, and reopening just a few blocks away at Kona Center (75-5722 Hanama Place).

Our new shop features:
*Plenty of parking !!!
*A beautiful, spacious classroom
*Lots of room for fabric, yarn, and more!

We expect to open at our new location on Saturday, Dec. 13. We might still be unpacking a few boxes, but we promise the excitement—and the creativity—will be overflowing. We can’t wait for you to see our new space!

Our 2025 Tuesday Teaser Block of the Month starts tomorrow, Tuesday, January 28!

Our newest Block of the Month program, Island Welcome by Ohana Quilt Works, is a five-month journey of fun, creativity, and learning. Each month, you’ll receive a beautiful fabric kit to complete a quilt block. Earn your next block for free when you bring in your completed one the following month.

How It Works:

Did I hear you say, “If only I had room in my bag for one more thing…”? Well, this class is for YOU! Join instructor Zina Clark to create a super spacious, versatile, and easy-to-make Mondo Bag. Perfect for travel, a diaper bag, or carrying all your quilts to the guild for show-and-tell—this bag has room for ALL the things!

Class Details:
Over the course of 2 days, you’ll:
- Day 1: Build and quilt the outside panels.
- Day 2: Assemble and finish your bag.
