Scott Guitars Bio
In 2010, at a small shop in Missoula, Montana, Scott Guitars was born out of our extreme passion for both wood working and music. In the beginning we primarily built Fender-style and Gibson-style bass and six string solid body guitars. We now have two of our own solid body designs and are currently working on a third. Our guitars are handcrafted out of the finest hardwoods and ar

e equipped with top quality hardware and electronics. In addition to our opaque, stained and natural wood finishes, we utilize a unique process called Hydro-dipping to transfer pattern images to our guitars body as well as the peg head. Montana Hydro Image, a locally owned business, provides this service to us and offers several hundred patterns to choose from. Our goal at Scott Guitars is to provide a high quality, hand crafted custom guitar that is not only unique in design and finish but also feels and plays like a high quality guitar should.
