We should all be outraged! How can a government agency (not lawmakers) literally rewrite what the current law says! No law has changed, product is federally legal and yet Delta 8, 10, THCv, etc will be considered a controlled substance on July 31st in Texas! What’s next?!?!

WE DID It!! The fight is far from over, but this was huge!! THCa flower is back on our shelves. We have joined the lawsuit against DSHS and will continue to fight on April 23rd!

PS If you didn’t know, our Lt.Governor has already started working on his 2027 priorities and guess what is at the top of his list?!?!
