What a great evening at the Black Chamber of Brazoria County Black Wall Street Mixer! The event was held at Openland Credit Union in Pearland, and it was truly a great time well spent!

My husband and I enjoyed meeting some amazing entrepreneurs, and community leaders while making meaningful connections. Great food, vendors, conversations, and opportunities to collaborate.

Thank you to the Chamber for creating a space for like-minded business owners to connect, support one another, and build relationships.

Looking forward to future events sponsored by this awesome organization.

A great moment of Councilwoman Monica Riley The Savage and State Representative Ron Reynolds at the 2026 Top 20 Women of Culture event.

Councilwoman Riley also served as co-emcee for the evening. So proud to have both of these amazing community leaders as contributing writers featured in the Invest in You Educator Magazine, and I appreciate the ways they continue to support education and the community.
