🐌 OKAY… SNAIL PEOPLE. This one’s for you.

This big guy JUST came out of the mold and the detail on him is SO GOOD. 🐌

He’s about 14” long × 7” high, poured from a Nowell mold, and honestly… he’s just ridiculously cool.

He’ll be cleaned and fired this week and ready to ship by the end of the week-ish.

🐌 $30 cleaned & fired
📦 Approx. $14–$16 shipping in the U.S.

Comment SOLD and we’ll message you to get an invoice sent!

🚨 BREAKING NEWS FROM THE GREAT BASE HUNT…

I FOUND THE DAMN THING. 😂🎄

To those of you who had faith in me…You were right. ✌️

To those who suggested St. Anthony…I was getting close. 😂

To the person who suggested this might require a two-cat operation…Lucky would like everyone to know that his supervisory efforts were instrumental in today’s success. 🐈‍⬛

BUT LOOK WHAT I FOUND. 👀

The missing base to our musical angel tree and it’s pretty cool.

🎄 Approx. 14.5” tall with the base
✨ $66 with cutouts + light kit
🤍 $54 solid, without cutouts/light kit
📦 Approx. $15–$17 shipping in the U.S.

So after ALL OF THAT…DM to get yours! 🤪

🚨 UPDATE: THE GREAT BASE HUNT

Well… I now understand the blank stare and I would like to formally withdraw my earlier optimism. 😂

I was told the base could be “anywhere.”

Apparently they meant ANY. WHERE.

So I’ve recruited some help.

Lucky, our back room cat, has officially joined the search party. 🐈

So far he has:

* walked down one aisle
* sat down
* supervised
* contributed absolutely nothing 😂

Meanwhile, I’ve looked through what feels like a billion molds and learned two things:

We own a LOT of weird stuff.

And I have absolutely no idea where this base is. 😂

Place your bets — do Lucky and I find it today, or are we still looking at Christmas? 🎄😂

The hunt continues…

Today’s adventure in 50,000+ molds… 😂

We just poured this pretty cool tree.

There’s just one little problem…

I need to find the base.

So I asked, “Is there somewhere I should start looking?”

I got a blank stare… followed by a hand motion that basically meant:

“Could be anywhere in this building. Or the other four.” 🤦‍♂️😂

So… wish me luck.

I’m going in. 😂

And IF I find it — would anybody actually want one of these??

🎄 Approx. 14.5” tall with the base
✨ $66 with the cutouts + light kit
🤍 $54 solid, without cutouts/no light kit
📦 Approx. $15–$17 shipping in the U.S.

But first… I have to find the damn base. 😂

I’ll report back. 👀

SUNDAY SHELF WANDER 👀

Sometimes I just have to walk around CO23 to see what catches my eye.

No theme. No price list. No rhyme or reason. 😂 These are just a few random pieces I saw around the shop today that I think are pretty cool.

Most of these pictures are of pieces still in greenware, a few in bisque.

Gnomes. Flowers. Snowmen. Halloween Friends. Giant elf shoes. And some others I stumbled across. 😂

Now I want to know — which one would YOU have grabbed off the shelf? 👇

There are a LOT more shelves to explore. 😳

Happy Sunday from Ceramics on 23rd! ❤️

🐓 THE CHICKENS HAVE LEFT THE KILN. 😂

And seriously… how do you pick just ONE?!

These two were poured right here at CO23 from vintage 1970s Arnel molds — and we think they belong together. ❤️

$24 each — OR BOTH for just $45
📦 Shipping is estimated at $15–$17 in the U.S. whether you buy ONE or BOTH!

So you might as well bring home the whole flock. 😂🐓🐓

Now tell us…which of THESE 2 are YOUR FAVORITE?!?

Apparently word got out that Ceramics on 23rd is THE place to hang out. 😂🦃

We looked outside today and the whole turkey committee had arrived for an unannounced shop inspection.

No appointment.
No phone call.
Just strutted right in like they own the place. 😂

We’re not sure if they were checking out the ceramics, looking for Stormy, or just holding their weekly staff meeting… but CO23 officially has some new regulars. 🦃🦃🦃

Just another perfectly normal day around here. ❤️

P.S. Nobody tell them Thanksgiving is coming. 😳😂

❤️ WOW… you guys have kept us BUSY! ❤️

We received a TON of messages over the weekend — and they’re still pouring in today!

If you’ve messaged us about a piece, claimed something from one of our posts, asked what we have available, or are waiting on a shipping quote — we see you!

We’re working through every single message as quickly as we can.

📦 We also have quite a few people waiting on shipping quotes right now. Ceramics are a little different to ship — every piece is a different size, weight and shape — so we’re figuring out the safest way to pack each order and getting those quotes back to you as quickly as possible.

And just a reminder…

We really are a small family ceramics shop. 😂

There isn’t a giant customer service department hiding somewhere in the back.

It’s actually us answering the messages, pouring pieces, cleaning greenware, loading kilns, packing boxes and trying to keep up with all of you!

So if it takes us a little bit to respond, we promise we haven’t forgotten about you.

Most importantly — THANK YOU. ❤️

The response to Ceramics on 23rd lately has been absolutely incredible.

You guys haven’t seen anything yet. 😉🏺🔥

🍄 GREENWARE FIND! 🐸

Ohhh, there is SO much going on in this one! 😂

This little fairy-tale scene is packed with details — mushrooms, flowers, a dragonfly, snails, a little frog hiding in the cattails, and that tiny stone doorway tucked underneath it all.

This would be an absolute blast to paint because every time you look at it, there’s another little detail hiding somewhere.

📏 Approximately 9” tall
💲 $30 in Bisque

🔥 This piece is currently in GREENWARE. If you want it, comment SOLD and we’ll pull it from the shelf, clean it and kiln-fire it to Cone 03 for you.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to get it ready to ship.

📦 Shipping available! Buyer pays actual shipping from 57301. We carefully pack our ceramics and use Pirate Ship to find competitive shipping rates.

To claim it: Comment SOLD and send us a DM with your ZIP code and email address. We’ll send you a Square invoice.

👀 And I’m still wandering through the greenware shelves… there’s a LOT more hiding back here. 🍄🐸✨
