It’s funny, when alcohol companies in Alabama wage political wars on cannabis, they never mention this right here. This testimony was written by one of our customers yesterday in our “testimonial for marketing purposes” journal. It reads:

“I have neuropathy in my foot and have tried all the prescription drugs for the awful pain. I could not sleep at night because of the pain. My gummies are the ONLY thing I’ve tried that works - It helps me sleep and it stops the pain. I don’t know what I would do without it.“

We hear stories like these every single day at Healthy Harvest CBD. This is only one of many postive things about our industry. Stop the double standard madness! If you’re ok with alcohol being sold on every corner of the state, you should have no quarrels with h**p.

We have a major update/announcement to make!!

The public hearing for our “specialty retailer of consumable h**p” license is scheduled for Tuesday March 31st at 10:30am. This means that (hopefully) the City of Mobile will be able to approve our license application and get us one step closer to gaining full approval from the ABC board so we can continue operations under the new HB445 guidelines! For those that don’t know, this means we will be able to carry Delta-9-THC products (the exact same psychoactive molecule that is in “medical marijuana”) up to 10mg per serving to persons aged 21+ with valid ID (no medical card required!) This will give Mobilians access to their favorite cannabinoids in a legally compliant framework!

This is not officially a final approval but it is a major step in the right direction for us getting our official license from the ABC Board! We want to thank all the officials at the City of Mobile - Government who have worked diligently to make this happen, and we want to welcome all of you who are of age to come see us once we begin operations again! 🥳🎉😊

Just wanted to give you guys an update and let you know we are getting close to getting everything squared away for our new licenses. If we had to guess, probably by mid February we should be back going again. Thank y’all for being patient with us

We just got off the phone with the ABC board, we are being forced to temporarily close right now until we get our documents approved for our new specialty h**p store license. We have sent in all the necessary documents for our Mobile and Gardendale locations so the ball is in the ABC boards court at this time. Everyone knows this legislation is absolute garbage, so the moral of this story guys is we HAVE to vote better. Andy Whitt, Tim Melson, and all who voted in favor of HB445 are to blame for this!! We are so sorry to everyone for this inconvenience, we promise we are on top of this as much as we can be and we will reopen as soon as we can! We will keep you guys updated. We love all of our Harvesters and we appreciate yall riding through this storm with us!
