🌮🧄 Taco Garlic Bread Boats 🧀
If you love tacos and cheesy garlic bread, these Taco Garlic Bread Boats are about to become your new favorite dinner! They’re loaded with seasoned taco beef, melty cheese, salsa, and topped with sour cream and green onions. Best of all, they’re incredibly easy to make!
✨ Ingredients
* 1 loaf French bread
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* ½ cup water
* 1 cup salsa
* 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
* Sour cream, for topping
* Green onions, sliced, for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the center to create boats.
3️⃣ Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease, then stir in the taco seasoning, water, and salsa. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
4️⃣ Spoon the taco meat evenly into each bread half.
5️⃣ Sprinkle generously with the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
6️⃣ Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7️⃣ Slice into servings and top with sour cream and fresh green onions before serving.
