I didn’t expect that post to blow up like that, I just wanted to shed some light on being a small shop owner and how a lot of us are treated.

However, I don’t condone any foul words about her or her children on my business page.

I work VERY hard on both businesses I run! Always have, for 7 years now.
Please, do NOT be this person.
These bows were doubled wrapped, mailed in poly mailers like 95% of small businesses do. I have shipped almost 30,000 orders between both businesses, and never had a complaint about using polymailers..

Read through the captions of each picture for more info!

*Also a small seller’s beware for Montana Holloway (also Montana Brucks) in Pratt, KS. I would hate for any other small businesses to come across her.
Making this post because she continued to leave me multiple bad reviews on different platforms, after refusing to return the “damaged” products.

When you shop small, please remember there is a REAL person behind the screen, not a robot or a faceless company employee. To my fellow small-shop owners: keep going and don’t let one rude person outweigh all the love and hard work you pour into your business. Being nasty is never the answer, kindness costs nothing🩷
