Bookish (or should we say Boooooookish) craft night is back! We love making things with you!

You'll have the option of bedazzling or making some other spooky paper crafts. We'll also be joined by Little Dreamy Daze, and you'll have the option using their charm bar to create your own bag charm!

Your $15 ticket includes a drink and all crafting materials. Feel free to bring your own book for bedazzling, or shop our shelves for 15% off during this event!

Mon, 9/7: We’re closed today, but you can shop online @ www.bookishmodesto.com! Bookish Write Club meets at 6:30pm.

Tues, 9/8: Open 10-6! It’s new release Tuesday! Our after-school book club begins discussing The Hunger Games at 3:30. Second Tuesday Poetry & open mic starts at 7!

Weds, 9/9: We’re open 10 to 6! Storytime for the kiddos is at 11am! The Modesto Progressive Democrats meet at 7pm. New attendees welcome!

Thurs, 9/10: We’re open 10 to 6! Our after-school craft club for jr high kids meets at 3:30! Meet the MTA-endorsed school board candidates at 6:30pm!

Fri, 9/11: Sip N Spill is here! We’re open at 8 for coffee and good vibes. Storytime for the kiddos starts at 11am. Our sold-out audiobook paint night starts at 6:30pm.

Sat, 9/12: We’re open at 8 for Sip N Spill, Saturday edition! Get your locally roasted coffee and load up on good vibes! From 10 to 2, it’s ROBOT DAY. Come build a robot with us!

Our after-school programming starts this week!

Tuesday from 3:30-4:30pm, it's a Hunger Games book club discussion! See the reading schedule online and reserve a free ticket at www.bookishmodesto.com/events

Thursday from 3:30-4:30pm, it's a craft session! We'll bring the supplies and some guidance, you bring yourself and your creativity! Each session is $10, and you'll leave with something cool that you've created.
