Acceptance is the ability to see that others have a right to be their own unique persons. That means having a right to their own feelings, thoughts and opinions. When you accept people for who they are, you let go of your desire to change them.

Allowing yourself to be seen by your friends, is a powerful healing tool. There are many many benefits of letting someone see you. Allow yourself to feel everything you're feeling right now. Let the hurt move through you. Then you can move on.

Don't force people to do what you want, don't force relationships, actions and processes. Every force produces resistance. Don't get me wrong determination is good, but it's not the same thing as forcing something.

In my willingness to accept uncertainty, solutions will spontaneously emerge out of the problem, out of the confusion, disorder, and chaos.

Control is an illusion and uncertainty is the reality.
The root of our lives is about resisting uncertainty, reaching for a safety zone, but uncertainty is a constant in life and in leadership. And when uncertainty leads to doubt and fear, we find ourselves stuck.

To embrace something is to welcome it with open arms, hold, hug, accept completely.
