🚧 Traffic Update: Arsenal Viaduct Project 🚧
Thank you for your continued patience as work progresses on the Arsenal Viaduct Project.
We are pleased to share that River Drive will reopen to all traffic on Friday, June 12! 🎉
Beginning Monday, June 15, the next phase of construction will begin, requiring the closure of 4th Avenue from 19th Street to 13th Street. The intersection at 15th Street and 4th Avenue will also be closed. River Drive will remain open and traffic will be detoured accordingly.

Sidewalks in the construction area will be closed, but a temporary pedestrian tunnel will remain available at the intersection of 4th Avenue and 15th Street throughout the project.
We understand that construction can create challenges and inconveniences, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as these important improvements move forward. All downtown shops, restaurants and services are open and ready to welcome visitors throughout the summer.
