Ugh...the heat! We sure are looking forward to nights in the 60's later this week. Just a few more days of scorch before we're there! Soon it will be fall, our FAVORITE time of year. Check for your autumn email updates this week friends!

Lincoln's doing great with his newly arrived farm mates Mika and Winnie. He seems to have accepted them gladly and maybe even likes the idea of some friends to play with. We're so happy for the smooth transition.

Another small exciting thing= Juliet's first egg. Tiny and true green. Romeo got in the box, clucking and carrying on and showed her right where to leave it.

Finally there's a slightly cool feel in the morning air, although I know it won't last. And it's certainly a special day here at Southern Thyme Farm. Our exciting news for fall is that our new neighbors & farmhelpers will arrive tonight! This is something we've hoped for since day one: FAMILY on the farm! ❤️ Matthew & Rosa, Our son and future daughter -in-law are making the move south to join us and start building their life together in the free state of Florida. Yay! More to come soon, but this has us feeling very grateful & full of smiles for the future of our farm and our family.
