Event Assistant Needed – Apparel Boutique Pop-Up for the holiday shows possible Oct, Nov & Dec.

I am seeking a dependable and professional assistant to help with boutique pop-up events. Responsibilities include supporting event setup prior to opening, assisting throughout the event, and assisting teardown afterward.

I am based in Moneta, where we will meet and travel together to and from each event. We will work as a team at all times. Most events are scheduled on Saturdays, with occasional Sundays for larger or extended shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading the van

Set up and organize booth space

Engage with customers and support sales during the event

Maintain a clean and organized booth

Assist with event breakdown and packing

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (most items range from 15–20 lbs)

Comfortable with standing, walking, and occasional sitting throughout the event

Positive, friendly attitude when interacting with customers

Reliable and punctual

Compensation & Details:

Paid in cash at the end of each event

This is not a full-time or part-time position; assistance is needed on an as-needed basis

Event schedules are typically confirmed 1–2 weeks in advance

An event shirt, along with drinks and snacks, will be provided

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for standing and walking
