Hosting field trips big or small is always such a joy!

Once Upon a Time… in a Little Bookshop in Monroe!

Today, three little adventurers… Autumn, Laci, and Jolene… stepped into a world where fairy tales came to life! ✨

Our mini field trip to The Story Shop in Monroe was nothing short of magical!

The girls explored the wonderful world of storytelling, learning the difference between characters and settings.

We journeyed through three beloved fairy tales:

🐺 Little Red Riding Hood
🐷 The Three Little Pigs
👑 The Princess and the Pea

Each story came with its own hands-on activities, giving the girls a chance to learn, play, and bring a little imagination to life!

But the adventure didn’t end there…

A fairy-tale scavenger hunt awaited!

We searched high and low for familiar treasures and characters hidden throughout the shop…. from Peter Pan’s missing shadow to Charlotte and her famous web, along with plenty of other surprises tucked away just waiting to be discovered!

The girls had an absolute blast, and I was so proud of how well they listened, participated, and put their little detective skills to work!

There’s something so special about watching children discover the magic of books! Not just by reading the stories, but by stepping into them. ❤️

A big thank-you to The Story Shop for such a sweet adventure! We left with happy hearts, wonderful memories, and a little extra fairy-tale magic.

And they all lived happily ever after… until the next adventure!
