Earlier this year, my friend Sarah texted me and said, “Have you ever thought about starting a real estate team? And if so, can I be on it?” ✨

I had thought about it before, because there are definitely times when I need help. But finding someone I trusted enough felt almost impossible. Buying a home is usually someone’s biggest purchase ever. It’s their life savings, it’s where their family grows and sleeps, and I take all of that very seriously.

The idea of starting a team had crossed my mind many times over the years, and just as quickly left. But when Sarah texted me, my answer was an immediate yes.

I knew she would be great at real estate, and I trust her wholeheartedly. I know she’ll take the same pride and integrity in her work that I do. She genuinely cares more about people than the paycheck.

And that’s already been so apparent. She’s already closing homes and working with multiple other clients during their home search. I’m so glad she decided to join me on this journey. 🏡
